We can’t say enough about Shyla. She’s a great realtor but also an amazing person! We used her when we moved to Vegas from the east coast in March 2024. We loved that house but decided we needed some changes so we used her again in 2025 to find a new place and sell our house. Despite the challenges of the 2025 market, we ultimately sold our house because she gave us great advice on staging and pricing. She also really listens and helped us find a new place that fit all our requirements! Shyla is truly a lifesaver. We recently moved from SC to NV, and couldn’t have done it without her. We had one weekend to fly out to NV to look at homes, and Shyla made sure our day was jam packed with all the places I wanted to see. When I didn’t find any I liked on that first day, she quickly offered to meet with us again the following day to look at some places in an area I hadn’t considered. When I still wasn’t thrilled with my options (because I'm way too picky, not because she wasn't showing us great places!) she helped us find a rental so we could continue looking while living in NV. And by helped, I mean fully did all the work for us. She found the rental, coordinated everything, went and looked at the place for us, etc… We ended up going with a new build for our purchase and she helped us throughout the entire customization and building process to make sure we were asking the right questions, getting our own inspector, and being thorough in our walkthroughs. Even now after we’ve closed and she doesn’t need to be there for me, she’s been looking into my landscaping/HOA questions. Seriously cannot recommend her enough.
