Shyla is a highly energetic young professional who has committed herself to the real estate industry as her full-time career and passion. She constantly strives to be one of the top REALTORS® in the Las Vegas valley without sacrificing her integrity & ethics. She is caring and understanding when it comes to first-time homebuyers and loves nothing more than handing over the keys to excited new homeowners after a successful sale. Shyla also enjoys creating unique marketing ideas to successfully sell her client's homes. Shyla is passionate about creating life-long clients, but more importantly, friends. Her goal is to not only assist her clients with their first home but with their last as well!

Educational & Professional Experience

As a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance-Real Estate, Shyla began her career in 2010. Shyla is a Certified Relocation Specialist, having completed extensive training in Corporate Relocation. Shyla was proudly announced as one of the 30 under 30 honors by the National Association of Realtors in 2018. Shyla was also named a Top 40 Under 40 REALTOR® in Southern Nevada from 2012-2014 and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2015. Shyla serves on several committees at her local, state and national association in order to better her industry and protect private property rights for her clients.

Background, Family and Hobbies

Shyla was born and raised in a small town called Lubbock, Texas. She has had a dream of becoming a real estate agent since she was just 10 years old. Shyla got married on April 30, 2011 to her best friend, RJ Magee. Shyla & RJ have three perfect children, two on earth (Bryce & Sadie) and one in Heaven (Colt). She loves spending time with her family, traveling to their cabin in Utah, playing with her puppies, Molly (Golden Retriever) & Bailey (German Short-Haired Pointer), church, running, playing volleyball, watching college football, meeting new people, eating macaroni and cheese, watching the Bachelor and going to the movies (mainly to eat popcorn!).
